OUR APPROACH, YOUR HEALING
MODALITIES
Every individual’s journey is different, and so is the path to healing. What works for one person may not be the right fit for another, which is why we take a personalized approach to therapy. Some people need to process past wounds, others seek clarity and meaning, and many are simply looking for a way to feel more whole. By exploring your unique experiences, challenges, and strengths, we’ll work together to find the approach that best supports your growth. Healing isn’t about fitting into a specific method—it’s about discovering what helps you move forward, find balance, and live with greater freedom and peace.

LOGOTHERAPY
Logotherapy, developed by Viktor Frankl, is a meaning-centered therapy that helps individuals find purpose in their lives, even in the face of suffering. It emphasizes that humans are driven by a deep need for meaning rather than just pleasure or power. By exploring personal values, responsibility, and choice, logotherapy guides individuals toward a more fulfilling life.
INTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEMS
IFS is a therapeutic approach that helps individuals understand and heal different "parts" of themselves. Rooted in the idea that we all have multiple internal sub-personalities (such as wounded parts and protective parts), IFS fosters self-leadership by integrating and healing these parts. Through self-compassion and curiosity, IFS helps individuals process trauma, reduce inner conflict, and build a more harmonious sense of self.

COGNITIVE METABOLIC INTEGRATION
A holistic way of understanding mental health that looks at both the mind and the body. Research shows that challenges like depression, anxiety, and fatigue can be linked to how the brain produces energy, especially through the mitochondria, which are responsible for powering brain cells. This approach combines counseling with practical support for healthier habits—like balanced nutrition, sleep, movement, and stress management—to help restore the brain’s natural energy and support long-term healing.
